All three silhouettes sport unique uppers and designs which feature detailed graphics, which can also be seen on the inner lining and insoles. The Puma 917 Mid is given a Japanese animation feel with its graphic reworking in homage of the celebrated genre of film. The 3D translation is rendered beautifully using dots for shading in puma trainers concert with lines and a reflective toe cap. Pictures usually don t do products justice and while this still holds true for this one its kinda cool to see the three dimensional object that mimics a two dimensional drawing reduced to a two dimensional photograph.
