TSN has your basketball needs covered with a NBA doubleheader tonight. First Blake Griffin and the Los Angeles Clippers travel to South Beach to play Chris Bosh and the Miami Heat followed by a clash between the Chicago Bulls and the surprising Sacramento Kings. The action starts at 8pm et/5pm pt on TSN2. Chris Bosh has been held in check the past few games and the Miami Heat hope those results trend upward when they host the Los Angeles Clippers Thursday at AmericanAirlines Arena. Bosh averaged 23.6 points per game over the first seven games this season, but lately has been shooting poorly from the field and is posting 13.5 ppg in the previous four. Bosh had 15 points and nine rebounds in Mondays 95-83 win at Brooklyn, one game after shooting 11.8 percent in a loss to Milwaukee. The Miami center has a slight lead ahead of teammate Dwyane Wade in scoring with 19.9 points. Wade is averaging 19.8. Bosh is pulling down a team-best 8.7 rebounds per game and knows his body isnt what it used to be. My body and timing is going to catch up to everything, its a little different because Im a little older, I have to adjust my game, Bosh told the Miami Herald. Theyre putting younger, bigger guys on me. When I was younger and faster and bigger I could go right by them. Now, thats no longer the case. Bosh, who is 12 boards shy of 7,000 in his career, jokingly said the thrill is gone in his game, but thats not the case. In the victory against the Nets, Mario Chalmers scored 22 points and Norris Cole chipped in 12 for Miami, which shot 43.1 percent and struggled from beyond the 3-point line, making 9-of-27 attempts. Cole played in his 159th consecutive game, the third-longest streak in team history. Glen Rice leads with 174 and Grant Long is second with 161 consecutive games played. Miami ended a three-game losing streak and prevailed for the third time in the last eight games. This is a good step, but we have to keep on building, Miami coach Erik Spoelstra said. The team played without Wade (hamstring) for the third straight game, forward Luol Deng (wrist) and guard Josh McRoberts (foot). Wade and Deng (14.3 ppg) are doubtful and McRoberts is questionable versus the Clippers. The Heat are allowing 95.8 points on defense and have given up 100 points only three times this season. On offense, they are 5-1 when scoring at least 100 points. Los Angeles opened a seven-game road trip in the Sunshine State with Wednesdays 114-90 win against the Orlando Magic, as Jamal Crawford scored a team-best 22 points off the bench and Blake Griffin had 20. Chris Paul finished with 16 points and nine assists, while DeAndre Jordan grabbed 11 rebounds to go with his two points. Jordan passed Benoit Benjamin for sixth on the teams all-time rebounds list. The Clippers bounced back from a 105-89 loss to Chicago on Monday and made 53.6 percent of their shots in Orlando. They hit 12-of-21 3-pointers. One game doesnt make your season, either way, said Clippers head coach Doc Rivers. We just have to keep playing and getting better. Rivers bunch won its season opener versus Oklahoma City and has rotated results over the last nine games. Los Angeles will also make stops in Memphis, Charlotte, Detroit, Houston and Utah, and are playing just their fourth road game (2-1). The Clippers will travel more than 7,000 miles on the lengthy junket, and last season went 4-3 on their first seven-game road trip from Dec. 4 - Dec. 14 and 5-2 in the second seven-game jaunt from Jan. 17 - Jan 27. Miami won both games against the Clippers last season and is unbeaten in the previous three meetings. The Clippers havent enjoyed much success in South Beach lately, dropping five in a row and 14 of the past 18 games there. LA last won in Miami on March 10, 2008 in a 99-98 decision. Chicago Bulls @ Sacramento Kings - 10:30pm et/7:30pm pt on TSN2 The Chicago Bulls dont mess around when theyre playing on the road. Their NBA-best 6-0 record is proof. The Bulls will get back to work in another time zone Thursday against the Sacramento Kings at Sleep Train Arena. Chicago kicked off its annual circus road trip with Mondays 105-89 victory over the high-scoring Los Angeles Clippers at Staples Center, where Jimmy Butler continued his recent hot play with 22 points and eight assists. He is averaging 25.0 points in his last three games. I think my teammates find me in positions to score, Butler told the Bulls website. I wouldnt say Im a go-to guy; I would say Im really good at the role Im supposed to play. Butler said head coach Tom Thibodeau always tells him to look to score more and be more aggressive. Butler is averaging a career-best and team-high 21.3 points this season, so hes obviously listening. Taj Gibson scored 20 points against Los Angeles, Mike Dunleavy added 19 and Joakim Noah powered his way to 11 points and 16 rebounds. Noah has recorded three double-doubles in his last five games for the Bulls, who made 48.8 percent of their shots and only had nine turnovers. The Bulls outscored the Clippers, 31-14, in the third quarter to get this lengthy journey off to a good start. This is a big win to start a long road trip, said Butler, who took over with Pau Gasol (calf) and Derrick Rose (hamstring) sidelined. Both Gasol and Rose are questionable Thursday for a Bulls team that has scored 100 or more points eight times through the first 11 games. Chicago, which is 8-3 overall, will also make western stops in Portland, Utah, and Denver, then will return east for road bouts against Boston and Brooklyn. The Bulls last started 6-0 on the road in 1996-97, when they finished 30-11 away from the United Center. The Kings look to get back to their winning ways Thursday in the finale of a three-game homestand and have dropped four of five following a five-game win streak. Sacramento fell victim to the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday in a 106-100 defeat, as DeMarcus Cousins shook off a hip issue to record 24 points and 17 rebounds for his eighth double-double. Cousins battled with Pelicans star Anthony Davis, who led all scorers with 28 points and grabbed nine boards. The Kings were the only team in the NBA to not allow an opposing player to score 25 or more points in a game until Davis came to town. Rudy Gay and Jason Thompson scored 15 points apiece in the loss and Darren Collison tallied 13 with a game-high 11 assists. The Kings had a nine-point halftime lead (54-45), but the Pelicans outscored them, 31-15, in the third quarter. Its just the same old story, Kings head coach Michael Malone said. Tonight we didnt defend. New Orleans only had six turnovers, but the Kings posted a 52-32 rebounding advantage. Sacramentos 15 turnovers led to 22 points for New Orleans. Gay was questionable for the contest with a sore Achilles and his status for Thursday is the same. Cousins and Thompson are probable versus Chicago. The Kings will start a four-game road trip Saturday against Minnesota, New Orleans, Houston and San Antonio. Sacramento and Chicago are both averaging 102.5 points and split a pair of meetings last season with each squad prevailing at home. The Bulls, though, are 10-4 in the past 14 matchups with Sacramento, winners in 11 of the last 15 encounters in Californias capital. Alex Claudio Jersey . Warren made six birdies and a bogey for a 5-under total of 139 to sit one shot ahead of Felipe Aguilar of Chile, who carded a 69. David Horsey of England was also on 5 under through 15 holes to join Warren atop the leaderboard before play was stopped. Bud Selig Jersey .Voegele will next play Anna Schmiedlova of Slovakia, who saved 10 of 16 break points to defeat Annika Beck of Germany 7-6 (6), 6-4.Also, Marina Erakovic of New Zealand defeated eighth-seeded Caroline Garcia of France 6-2, 4-6, 6-4. https://www.cheapbrewers.com/669y-junior-guerra-jersey-brewers.html .Pete Morelli said the back judge threw a flag on Cowboys linebacker Anthony Hitchens on a pass to Lions tight end Brandon Pettigrew in Dallas 24-20 wild-card win Sunday. But the head linesman said there wasnt enough contact and that Hitchens was face-guarding, which isnt a penalty in the NFL. Corbin Burnes Jersey . The England international raised his middle finger toward Manchester City supporters during Saturdays game at Etihad Stadium, which Arsenal lost 6-3. The incident was not seen by match officials at the time but the FA charged Wilshere retrospectively after a study of video footage. Jordan Lyles Brewers Jersey . PETERSBURG, Fla.Canadas Dominique Maltais won the silver medal in the Olympic womens snowboard cross event in Sochi on Sunday. Its the second Olympic podium for Maltais, a native of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, Que., who was the bronze medallist at the 2006 Turin Olympics. "In the final I just wanted to go full on," said Maltais. "Today was my day. Im so so happy its done and I made it and I finished on the podium." In 2010, Maltais crashed during her final Olympic training run, failed to advance past the elimination stage and finished in 20th place. "Its a good revenge for Vancouver," said Maltais "I wanted to prove to the world that I could do better than in Vancouver. I wanted to enjoy everything, especially this one as I knew it will be the last one. I never tried so hard as I did for this." Canada now has 14 medals at the Games. Earlier in the day, alpine skier Jan Hudec took bronze in the mens super-G. Eva Samkova, 20, of the Czech Republic won the womens snowboard cross gold in her first Olympic Games. The win marked the Czechs first ever Olympic medal in snowboarding. Chloe Trespeuch of France, also making her Olympic debut, took the bronze. Samkova, known for competing with a mustache drawn on her face, chose red, white and blue for Sundays race. "Its a lucky moustache. Today its in national colours." Reigning Olympic champion Maëlle Ricker of Squamish, B.C., crashed in her quarter-final heat and finished 21st. "I was off rhythm today right out of the gate," said Ricker. "Im half proud of my effort and half disappointed and shocked." "Without them this definitely wouldnt be possible and all the support from all Canadians as well - everybody had my back. Im sorry." Medal favourite Lindsey Jacobellis of the U.S. went down in the semifinal and won the small final to finish seventh. Two other snowboarders were also hurt in qualifying crashes. ' ' '
