The live auction for this year's Doernbecher Freestyle Collection took place this past Saturday, raising $189,800 for the Doernbecher Children's Hospital. High bids for uniquely designed sneakers, potentially saving some lives, wasn't the only thing causing a stir. The guys from SOLE helped out making wall pieces for the auction, which took place at Weiden Kennedy in Oregon. The abstract works were composed of materials from each respective shoe in this year's collection. Interesting to see how each piece takes individual form based on the distinct shapes and accents from the different shoe styles.
